to attempt live QuickBooks Payments calls.

Full card numbers and CVV values are sent only to the backend process
and are not rendered, logged, or persisted. For one-card tests, only
card number, expiration, and CVV are required; name and ZIP are sent
only when provided. Use ?dryRun=1 when you want mock API
calls for testing. Hold amount defaults to $1.00 and is limited
server-side to $0.01 through $4,999.99.
